| Technology is evolving at a fast pace and each passing day it looks at improving our lives without having to move an inch from our computers. It’s up to us whether we use these evolving technologies to make our time more productive or stick to the old ways of doing things and waste our time in running from one place to another.

| If you take banking for example, don’t we still remember those old days when we had to waste so much time standing in the queue for doing simple banking transactions? Now look at how we bank today. We have ATMs, we have Internet banking and what not.

| We are no more restricted to the timings that the bank operates and reflects how much technology has helped us in using our time in a more productive way.
|
|
| Unfortunately, in my opinion, many of us are still averse to technology and I want to highlight few important points about what online training provides |
|
- Since you can attend the classes online, you save at least 2 hrs a day of your travel time which you would otherwise spend in travelling from your home to the institute. Considering the busy schedules we have these days, this is a substantial saving which you can actually spend in practicing the Module.
- Once you attend the class and come back home, haven’t you wished how helpful it would be if you had the option to recollect everything that has been discussed in the class? This is one of the major advantages with online training. The whole session would be recorded live and made available to you after the session and you can rewind it, replay it and do whatever you want to relive the whole session again. You no more have to rely on the notes that you take in the class. This is particularly useful if you have lost your concentration in between or had to miss the class under unavoidable circumstances.
- With online training, you are no more limited to finding good trainers who are available in you locality or city for that matter. Considering the fact that it is very difficult to find a good trainer these days, with online training, you can get trained with any one from virtually anywhere in the world.
- Based on the feedback I received so far from my students, they said since they listen to me through their headphones and see my desktop at the same time, they feel as if they are getting one on one training and they are able to concentrate more when compared to classroom training. This when complimented with the common server access where I can monitor your developments and help you with the developments, makes this training program one of a kind.

| There are lot many advantages than the ones listed and the best way to know it is by experiencing it on your own. I have observed that many people have fixed notions and they want to give up on something without even giving it a try. Trust me, who ever came to me for offline classes choose online training after I made them attend a session online and I’m sure they would prefer online training over offline training if they have to attend any training in future. |

| Let me take a few moments to write about this training program before I conclude this piece. |

| In the first phase, you would learn all the concepts in theory and simultaneously develop simple assignments which would test your understanding of the concepts. |
|
| In the second phase, you would develop a lot of objects on various concepts which would help you in mastering the concepts you have learned and get a hands-on on the various challenges you come across in developing the objects. This is particularly important as the interviewers would be asking you questions mostly on the challenges you have faced while doing the developments. |
|
| And once you are clear with the concepts and the subject with sufficient real-time exposure, we enter the 3rd phase where we would focus on understanding the business and the process which would make you a complete person and be at par with the real-time experienced people. |
|
| My role is not to be with you till you get a job but to be with you after that as that is when you would need me the most. This way we might take an extra month to learn but that extra month is worth spending and since the whole program is conducted online, it really helps to utilize your time well and in a more productive way. |

| I know very few offer all of these and of those that do most are cost prohibitive. |
